In David’s tenure at year Up, he served in the roles of Investment Operations Instructor, Program Manager, Academic Director and (interim) Senior Director of Program. He has managed a variety of teams and many of his direct reports were promoted and advanced to roles with increasing levels of responsibility. David has informally mentored and coached numerous staff members across the country at all levels to enhance their careers.
