Pat Arcady

Pat’s focus in working with you is to bring clarity to complex situations, distill the key points, and help you develop meaningful solutions. Her goal is to help you achieve a high degree of self-understanding and find ways to bring your best self forward in your work.

Pat’s focus in working with you is to bring clarity to complex situations, distill the key points, and help you develop meaningful solutions as you develop your career. As a client, you will experience serious exploration balanced with some fun and humor. Pat’s goal is to help you achieve a high degree of self-understanding and find ways to bring your best self forward. She does this, in part, by posing the hard questions that enable you to discover and own a fresh perspective. Helping you find strategies tailored to your needs and goals, Pat keeps it real, practical and applicable.

As an experienced leader of teams and business units in large and small companies, Pat understands how to navigate the challenges of complex organizations. From her work in higher education and in community organizations, Pat understands the unique perspective of those inspired by mission-driven work. As a business agility coach, Pat helps organizations cultivate high performing teams focused on delivering great value to customers while saving time and money.

Pat integrates core principles of business agility + the neuroscience of leadership into her Results System coaching with teams. Her blend of frameworks and activities-based learning lead to higher effectiveness by increasing alignment on goals, improving collaboration, and promoting innovation. Additionally, Pat has advanced training in conflict resolution and mediation. She coaches business leaders and teams on how to have challenging conversations with ‘difficult people’ to improve teamwork and cooperation throughout the organization.

Pat earned her doctorate in Higher Education Administration from the University of Memphis in Tennessee, an MS from Miami of Ohio, and a BA from Marian University in Indianapolis, IN. She has completed three years of NVC mediation training along with the 33-hour Dispute Resolution training at the Community Dispute Resolution Center in Cambridge, MA.

Anne Bates

Anne is a leadership and career coach. Her passion is to help people see their potential and reach their goals and aspirations. Anne’s pastoral background allows her to help clients integrate meaning and spirit into their work.

Anne is a leadership and career coach. Her passion is to help people see their potential and achieve all of their goals and aspirations. By focusing on the end result and working backward, Anne guides individuals, teams, and organizations through the process of achieving their goals and getting the results they desire.

With her experience as an ordained minister, Anne knows how to help people integrate all parts of themselves to create the life and career they seek. Anne has a B.A. in Psychology from St. Michael’s College, a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. She has completed Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University where she did research and gained significant experience in developing leaders, teams, and organizations. As a Results System Certified Practitioner, Anne helps clients get to the root of the issues quickly and helps clients create roadmaps for success. In addition, Anne is an Advanced Coach with the Assemblies of God ministry.

Deb Bercume

Deb brings extensive experience in business, leadership and talent development to her work with clients. Her focus is to help clients design their careers to achieve balance, fulfillment, satisfaction and professional advancement.

Deb is a Certified Executive Coach and Facilitator. She brings over 25 years of experience working with professionals to achieve personal and professional fulfillment. She brings expertise in business, leadership and talent development. Deb is an instructor for the Institute for Professional Excellence Coaching Program (iPEC) and Has received the Business Coach of the Year awarded by the International Coaching Federation.

Deb earned her MS Degree in Training and Development from Lesley University, her BS in Business Administration from North Adams State College, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bentley College. She is Past-President of the Central Massachusetts Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), a member and nonprofit organization; as well as; a former instructor for ASTD’s HPI Certificate Program at Worcester State College. She is a Master Certified Leadership Coach through the iPEC Coaching Program, a Result Accelerator Certified Coach and is certified in many self and multi-rater assessments. 

Alicia Davis

Alicia guides leaders, teams and individuals to achieve high-performance. She specializes in well-being coaching for your work and life focused on reducing stress, increasing satisfaction and creating sustainable change.

With over 20 years of experience and a background in healthcare – specializing in the healing arts, stress reduction, mind/ body connection, mindfulness practices, and individual and team wellbeing – Alicia Davis brings a unique Core Energy™ coaching approach to career development. Alicia specializes in well-being coaching focused on reducing stress, increasing energy and creating sustainable change.

By providing results oriented coaching, accelerated learning based on cutting-edge neuroscience, and dynamic experiential learning, Alicia guides leaders, teams and individuals to achieve high-performance in all aspects of work and life.

Sherry Dutra

Sherry has experience with career management, transitions, emotional intelligence and employee engagement. Utilizing a systems-based approach to coaching, she challenges you to recognize and leverage your unique gifts and talents and tap into your potential to deliver tangible, sustainable results.

Sherry Dutra, PCC, is a certified executive coach, consultant, facilitator and trainer. Her areas of expertise include leadership and management development, executive coaching, career management and transition, emotional intelligence, employee engagement and individual and 360° assessment.

Sherry has worked and consulted in non-profit organizations and a broad range of industries including high-tech commercial and defense electronics, semiconductor, medical equipment, scientific instruments, financial services, insurance, retail, health care, career management, and biotechnology industries.

She has over 20 years of experience in designing, leading, and deploying strategic management and leadership development programs, and working with all levels of leaders to hone their leadership capabilities. Sherry specializes in working with high performing professionals to maximize their effectiveness and achieve both their professional and personal career goals. Utilizing a systems-based approach to coaching, she challenges her clients to recognize and leverage their unique gifts and talents and tap into their potential to deliver tangible, sustainable results in their careers.

Sherry holds an MBA from Rivier University and a BA in Human Development from Boston College. She is a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and serves as a faculty member for the program. Sherry is a Results System™ Certified Practitioner using the Results Accelerator™ and Results Roadmap™ with individuals, groups and teams. She is recognized by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach. Sherry holds certifications in a wide range of assessment resources.

Trishia Lichauco

Trishia focuses on professional and personal transitions. She offers honest and action-oriented coaching engagements that challenge you and bring out your best in your professional life. She has extensive experience in non-profit and higher education environments.

Trishia is a certified professional coach from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), focusing on professional and personal transitions. She brings 25 years of deep knowledge and experience in the area of special needs and overcoming personal challenges. She offers an honest and action-oriented approach to career development.

Trishia’s own professional career evolved in Boston, Massachusetts in the non-profit and higher education sectors. Most recently, she was Chief of Staff to the President at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the Assistant to the President at Wheaton College in Massachusetts. Her extensive portfolio includes comprehensive work with senior executives, non-profit and academic administration and governance, strategic planning and philanthropy.

Previously, she held positions as the Sponsorship and Acquisitions Manager at WGBH Educational Foundation and as the Associate Director of the Career Education Center at Simmons College. Trishia earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Philippine Transmarine Carriers (PTC) CSJ Foundation, focused on health and wellness issues, environmental protection, educational initiatives, and livelihood opportunities in the Philippines. Trishia is also the 2017-2018 President-Elect of the Board of Directors of International Coach Federation of New England (ICF-NE).

Ivan Queiroz

Ivan’s background in information technology coupled with his passion for wellness and life combine to offer clients a holistic, balanced approach to getting the most from their professional career and personal life. 

Ivan partners with his clients to holistically integrate all areas of their lives: career, personal growth and development, lifestyle, relationships, etc. This allows the clients to develop a deeper understanding of the lifestyle and career choices that work best for them, improve their energy, add more balance to their lives, and enhance their overall wellness and happiness.

Ivan is Certified Professional Coach and a Certified Applied Positive Psychology Practitioner focusing on lifestyle wellness. Using a powerful combination of highly effective coaching techniques and positive psychology tools, Ivan help his clients find, explore, and put their strengths into practice so that they can achieve their ideal selves.

Ivan also holds a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering from Brandeis University. He has worked as a high-tech professional in different capacities, such as systems manager, software engineer, project manager, and chief technology officer. Additionally, Ivan is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a Certified Personal Trainer.

Beau Stubblefield-Tave

Beau’s experience as a leader in the healthcare field and service as an advisor and board member in non-profits gives him a unique perspective on the development of career professionals in both fields. His commitment and impact in developing cultural competence in organizations helps him develop Culturally Fluent Leaders.

Beau is a research-based management consultant specializing in cultural competence. As Managing Principal and Co-Founder of the Center for Culturally Fluent Leadership, he supports clients in building their cultural competence capacity: the behaviors, awareness, skills, and knowledge essential to working with and for people from diverse backgrounds. The Center was established in 2011 and offers keynote presentations and workshops, organizational assessments, strategic planning and executive coaching to clients in health care and a variety of other industries.

Beau has discussed cultural competence and diversity with audiences from Alaska to Florida. Prior to cofounding the Center, he provided consulting services independently and through the Cultural Imperative. Earlier, Beau developed and led the Center for Cultural Competence Evaluation and Improvement at Abt Associates Inc. He also served as Director of Health Care Policy and an internal diversity trainer at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. Beau spent the first 15 years of his career exclusively in health care management and policy in inner city hospitals, the American Medical Association and the American Hospital Association. Over time, his responsibilities included ambulatory care, quality services, medical affairs and behavioral health.

Vanessa Williams

Vanessa’s experience as an executive leader in business and extensive board work in non-profits gives her a unique perspective on how to grow and develop your career for the non-profit and corporate sectors.

Vanessa Williams, MS, PCC is the Founder and CEO of Leading Edge Consulting, LLC, a global executive coaching firm with offices in CT and FL. Vanessa has an International background and vast experience in Executive Coaching, Women & Diversity Leadership Coaching, Leadership Advancement, Operations Leadership, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Strategic Business Planning, Management & Financial Reporting, and Change Management.

Vanessa uses a holistic approach with her clients from identifying success roadblocks and creating metric driven action plans and goal setting. She also works with executives, business owners and c-suites to identify strategic goals and to build and engage high- performing collaborative teams.

In her corporate career, Vanessa was a Managing Director for Horton International, a retained global boutique executive search firm headquartered in West Hartford, CT. She also held senior level and C-suite positions leading high-powered executive global teams for Sun Life, Prudential, Mass Mutual, Aetna, and UConn Health.

Vanessa holds a Master of Science Degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Virginia State University, and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. Leading Edge Consulting, LLC holds national certifications as a Minority Owned Business Enterprise (MBE), and Women Owned Business Enterprise (WBE).

David Winder

David’s experience includes nearly 10 years at the Year Up NCR site. As a trained coach and a committed supporter of the Year Up mission, David brings passion to working with professionals at all levels to create impact in their work.

In David’s tenure at year Up, he served in the roles of Investment Operations Instructor, Program Manager, Academic Director and (interim) Senior Director of Program. He has managed a variety of teams and many of his direct reports were promoted and advanced to roles with increasing levels of responsibility. David has informally mentored and coached numerous staff members across the country at all levels to enhance their careers. He completed his coach training at Coaches Training Institute, an internationally recognized program, and has used this training to work with hundreds of students and staff over the years.

David left NCR in 2017 in order to pursue coaching and consulting opportunities full-time and he sees this opportunity to work with Year Up staff in a coaching capacity as a dream come true. David brings a passion for coaching and is a committed supporter of the Year Up mission.

David earned a BA in Economics from Hampton University and his MBA from American University. In addition to his Year Up experience, he has worked in housing, real estate, and finance. He brings over 20 years of management and entrepreneurial experience and is excited to continue learning while helping others to maximize their potential and achieve their goals.

Jonathan 'Jeb' Bates

Jeb has worked extensively with leaders and other professionals at Year Up nationally and manages the relationship between Year Up and ThoughtAction. Jeb coaches leaders to take their careers to the next level.

Jeb is the Chief Experience Officer at ThoughtAction. As an executive coach and leadership development consultant, Jeb works with top leaders and senior professionals to expand their leadership impact, create results and develop their careers.

With experience in the technology, healthcare, financial services, life sciences, marketing/media, consumer products, non-profit and higher education sectors, Jeb provides his expertise, guidance, facilitation, and coaching skills help professionals really make a difference. With a background in organization development, Jeb knows how to help leaders create sustainable change.

Prior to building his consulting/coaching practice, Jeb’s professional career has included positions at IBM Corporation, Lotus Development Corporation, Productivity Point International, Businessland Inc., Boston University and the University of New Hampshire. Jeb is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. He is also certified in Predictive Index® (PI), 360° assessments from Center for Creative Leadership, Korn Ferry and Leadership Circle, Lominger Leadership Architect™ and the Results System™ and The Results Accelerator™.

Jeb is an Adjunct Faculty member at Pepperdine University. He holds a Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) from Pepperdine University and a B.S. in Hospitality Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
