The Top Ten Experiences - Instructions

For this exercise, you will compile some information about peak positive experiences you have had in your life. This will help you understand and identify the types of experiences you need to have in your life periodically in order to feel engaged, satisfied, energized and positive.
Top Ten experiences typically fall into three categories:  
1. Events or points in time such as graduations, weddings, births, awards, promotions, etc.  
2. Periods of time such as summers at the beach, college years, time at a workplace, etc.  
3. Things you really enjoy doing such as walking near the ocean, reading, drinking tea, roller-blading, etc.  
 
 
For example: 1. ICE SKATING WITH MY GRANDMOTHER

When writing out why it is important to you, think short phrases or statements to describe it. Think a tweet not a novel.
